1. Service Purpose and Synthetic Nature
Beauty Paisas is an entertainment and virtual companionship technology platform providing generative artificial intelligence models (uncensored LLMs, neural TTS voice synthesis, and diffusion image/video models). All characters, voices, and interactions are 100% synthetic and fictional.
Characters do not represent real living individuals, nor do they constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Users expressly acknowledge that all outputs are generated by automated generative algorithms.
2. Mandatory Age Verification and Double Consent
In compliance with Colombian Law 2489 of 2025 and international standards, the platform implements multi-level active verification:
- Explicit Double Consent: Unchecked mandatory checkboxes confirming 18+ legal age and acknowledgment of explicit AI-generated content upon registration.
- Cryptographic Biometric Verification (KYC): Official document scan and real-time facial liveness check via certified identity providers (Didit Protocol). Zero document images are stored on internal servers; only an auditable cryptographic token hash is retained.
3. Zero Tolerance with Minors & Prohibited Conduct
Beauty Paisas enforces a ZERO TOLERANCE policy against any attempt to generate, request, or suggest content involving minors (CSAM/CSAS). Our system incorporates real-time deterministic filters (PromptGuard) that immediately block and report any violation.
The service must not be used to:
- Generate material alluding to minors, non-consensual violence, incest, or illegal harm.
- Attempt to deanonymize, harass, or dox other platform users.
- Resell, commercially distribute, or reverse-engineer LoRA model weights or inference endpoints.
- Deploy scraping bots, scrapers, or perform denial-of-service attacks.
4. Platform Economy: Subscriptions and Digital Tokens
Access operates under a hybrid economic model:

Non-Refundable Digital Goods Policy: Due to the instantaneous compute nature of generative AI GPU inferencing, all token purchases and digital consumptions are final and non-refundable once initiated, except where mandated by applicable consumer law.
5. Discrete Billing and Payment Processing
Payments are processed through specialized adult/high-risk processors (Segpay, CCBill, Inqud, NexaPay, Triple-A). Transactions will appear on billing statements under discrete descriptors to protect customer privacy.
6. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
All character personas, LoRA adaptations, branding, and interfaces are the intellectual property of Beauty Paisas. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license for private entertainment.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any controversy or inquiry should be directed through our official Support & PQRS channels prior to regulatory intervention.
